PHASE 1: Collaborated effort by professional volunteers will team up to fine tune feasibility of the projects and how various aspects of the project may be catered prior to presenting to critical financial institutions and gather various international inputs that have to be incorporated in the project scope

A team of volunteers will start working on the presentation part of the project that has to be presented to various international platforms, funding bodies and governments.

The success of the project is dependent on the collective effort and acceptance of all the countries of the world.

Finally, the presentation will be delivered in United Nations for acceptance (2018).

Once the GREEN signal has been issued by all the stakeholders, the projects get its first breath of life.

Now as the project will be LIVE, the need to implement the strategy will be worked out.
